TEXT BOOKS DIRECT HAS RESTRUCTURED A few recent brainwaves / brainstorming / innovations has led to a restructure of TextBooksDirect! We no longer sell text books via our website (TextBooksDirect.co.uk). For now, we’re focusing our efforts on some developments behind the scenes.

WHERE TO GET YOUR BOOKS NOW

For now we’d recommend you buy your books via the Amazon website (much cheaper than physical book shops)

Here's a few tips:

1. Buy brand new: many books come with online access codes and these tend to last only 6-12months so buying second hand books might not get you access to extra material (multiple choice questions, up to date case studies, etc).

2. Where possible, buy from the ‘used & new’ (link is on the right hand side of each product page - under ‘More Buying Choices’) section on the Amazon website to get some really good deals.

3. Preferably buy from a seller on Amazon that has hundreds of feedback and a rating of 100% (a seller with 99% positive feedback with 100,000+ feedback means the sellers still has 1,000+ unhappy customers)

4. Preferably buy from sellers that have their stock stored at Amazon's warehouse (the listing will show "Fulfilled by Amazon"). These books come with free shipping and are picked, packed, shipped by Amazon staff. By buying from these listings you'll have extra reassurance that little can go wrong and in the unlikely even of something going wrong you can contact Amazon's friendly and helpful Customer Services and normally get a response within a couple of hours.

5. If you sign up for an Amazon Prime account (1 month free trial available) you can get most items sold (or fulfilled) by Amazon delivered in just 1 day, even if you order early in the evening (no deliveries on Sundays) - you'll find it virtually impossible to find another online book seller that's so quick.
